Horizon2020 is the European grant programme for Research and Innovation in Europe. It is the successor to the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) and runs from 2014 to 2020. In launching this project, the European Commission and the Dutch government aim to promote science and innovation in business and academic circles. The programme offers opportunities for both companies and the self-employed. A total of around €80 billion in grants has been made available, divided into annual budgets per type of project and subject.
To participate in Horizon 2020 as an entrepreneur or organisation, you have to complete a complex process. You first need to register your organisation with the European Commission, and can then select an open call that matches your project. As many calls are open to an international partnership only, you should reserve sufficient time to form a consortium. A project proposal and a budget then have to be drawn up, whereupon your application will be assessed.
Stolp+KAB's specialists are familiar with the various financial principles involved in applying for a grant. Drawing up Financial Statements and issuing a Certificate on the Financial Statements (CFS) are also possible. To make an appointment without further obligation, please contact us at horizon2020@stolpkab.nl or call +31 70 3209355 (Voorburg).
